The Association

  • has an average annual membership representing 50 not-for-profit organizations throughout Durham Region

  • supports community development through volunteer resources

  • consists of a volunteer Board of Directors and four standing committees (Education, Membership, Publicity, Finance and PAVR-O)

  • provides training and information to enhance members’ volunteer programs, as well as their professional growth

Meetings

  • are held the second Thursday of each month from September until June

  • are held at the Village of Taunton Mills, 3800 Brock Street North, Whitby, Ontario

  • start at 9:15 am with networking taking place from 8:45 - 9:15 am

  • are meaningful to anyone who shares our commitment to volunteerism
